Francine B. Nesti
Francine Nesti is an attorney with the firm’s Troy office. She joined Young Basile in 2005.
Practice Summary:
Ms. Nesti concentrates her practice on patent prosecution and licensing in the areas of mechanical, chemical, materials and medical devices. Ms. Nesti also handles a wide variety of commercial transactions including licensing, procurement, outsourcing and distribution agreements.
Industry Experience:
Ms. Nesti has over a decade of experience as an engineer in the chemical and refining industries. Her work includes all aspects of the design and operation of petroleum fuel refineries and water treatment systems. She has been responsible for engineering analysis and design, process simulation, feasibility studies, economic justification, and start-up support for numerous refinery-related and water treatment-related projects. Her expertise spans both organic and inorganic chemistry, as well as chemical engineering process development.
