Christopher G. Darrow Appointed "Technical Adviser" to a Federal Judge in Patent Infringement Cases Dealing With Medical Device Technology and Automobile Window Technology
Patent attorney Christopher G. Darrow has been appointed a "Technical Advisor" in a patent infringement case to The Honorable Judge Sean Cox in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In his role as Technical Adviser, Mr. Darrow will assist Judge Cox in a case dealing with medical device technology and a case dealing with automobile window technology.
Mr. Darrow practices in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law, with a focus on litigation and licensing. Mr. Darrow also serves as a special adviser to a federal judge in developing a model scheduling order for patent infringement cases. Mr. Darrow previously served as a law clerk to The Honorable Paul D. Borman in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan
