Patent Attorney Christopher G. Darrow completes 40–Hour Civil Mediator Training Program
Christopher G. Darrow, a partner at Young Basile, completed a 40–hour mediator training program offered by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Darrow regularly serves as a special master or technical advisor to federal judges in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in patent infringement cases. In his role as a technical advisor, the parties sometimes request that Mr. Darrow assist their chosen mediator in trying to settle their lawsuit.
Mr. Darrow practices in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law. Mr. Darrow also serves as a special advisor to federal judges in developing procedures for managing patent infringement cases. Mr. Darrow previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul D. Borman in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
